These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and D9Commerce ("we", "us") covering your use of the D9Commerce application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.
1. The Service
D9Commerce is a multichannel inventory, listing, and fulfillment platform for resellers and refurbishers. It connects to third-party marketplaces on your behalf, synchronizes your inventory, and provides tools such as AI listing generation, warehouse management, and profit reporting.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- You're responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. Role permissions exist so you can limit what each user can do — use them.
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, trials & AI credits
- Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect immediately and cancellation stops future renewals.
- The free trial (currently 14 days, unless we agree a different length with you) requires no card. When it ends, nothing is deleted, but you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using the Service; billing, account settings and exports of your data stay available in the meantime.
- Plan AI credits refresh monthly and don't roll over. Purchased AI credits never expire but are consumed only after plan credits and are non-refundable once used.
- We never charge per order. Fees for the underlying marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.) and carriers are yours and are billed by those parties, not us.
4. Marketplace connections
- Connecting a marketplace authorizes us to act on your listings, orders, inventory, and messages on that marketplace, strictly to provide the Service.
- You must comply with each marketplace's own policies. D9Commerce is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Back Market, Reverb, Mercari, or any other marketplace.
- Marketplaces change and occasionally break their APIs. We work to keep integrations healthy, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted marketplace connectivity.
5. Your data
- Your inventory, listings, orders, photos, and business records are yours. We claim no ownership and use them only to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
- You can export your data (CSV and report exports are built in) at any time.
- You're responsible for the content you list — its legality, accuracy, and your right to sell it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, list prohibited items, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, resell the Service, or abuse the AI features (for example, generating content unrelated to your listings). We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other tenants at risk, and will tell you why.
7. AI features
AI-generated listing content, price suggestions, and offer insights are starting points, not guarantees. Review AI output before publishing — you remain responsible for what your listings say and how you price your items.
8. Availability & support
We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including marketplace outages) may interrupt service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost sales). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after notice where practical. After termination we retain your data for a reasonable wind-down period so you can export it, then delete it in the normal course.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
